You have 11 Beautiful New Neighborhoods in Nocatee, Florida. Which is near one of the most
prestigious regions of Florida, Ponte Vedra Beach. Neighborhoods of Nocatee are in Duval County and St. Johns County. Beautiful Pricey Ponte Vedra Beach Home Burns!

PONTE VEDRA, Fla. - A home in a pricey area of Ponte Vedra sustained significant fire damage late Thursday night.

St. Johns County Fire Rescue responded to a residential fire in the 200 block of Oak Hammock Drive at approximately 11:30 p.m.

When crews arrived on scene, heavy fire was showing from the roof of the home. According to SJCFR, the fire was initially isolated to the attic space of the home and rapidly spread throughout the home.

Both adult occupants of the home were able to get out of the home safely and no injuries were reported.

The cause of the blaze is under investigation and an official damage estimate is unavailable at this time.
